How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders ship within 10 business days. Every product is built to order by hand, so turnaround depends on current order volume. If you need a rush order for a specific event or date, reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make it happen.
Do you offer wholesale or department bulk pricing?
Yes. We work with police departments, fire departments, and other agencies on bulk orders with volume pricing. Contact us with your department name, estimated quantity, and the products you are interested in, and we will put together a custom quote.
Can I send my own design or logo for laser engraving?
Absolutely. We can work with most image files, vector files, and department logos. Send us what you have and we will let you know if it is ready to engrave or if any adjustments are needed.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every product is custom-built to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us and we will make it right. We stand behind everything we build.
What kind of leather do you use?
All Death Blow products are made from premium full-grain leather. Full-grain is the highest quality grade of leather available. It retains the natural surface of the hide, which makes it the most durable and develops a rich patina over time. We never use bonded, genuine, or synthetic leather.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
