Refund up to 30 days for any reason. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item—no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, simply reach out through our Contact page with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and process your refund once the item has been received.
Condition of Returned Items
We ask that items be returned in their original condition. Because our products are handmade from natural full-grain leather, slight variations and normal signs of careful handling are expected and will not affect your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized pieces, such as engraved items, are also covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
